Foreign Principals are appropriately guided in the accomplishment of the following documents required for the accreditation of recruitment in the Philippines:

1. Special Power of Attorney (Appointment of Philippine Recruiting Agent)

2. Recruitment Agreement

3. Demand Letter / Job Order

4. Model of Employment Contract (between Employer and Worker)

5.Copy of Principal / Business License

6.Passport copy of the authorized signatory of the principal

7.POEA license of agency

These documents shall be typed/printed in the company’s letter head of the Foreign Principal to be submitted to the POLO (Philippine Overseas Labor Office) / Philippine Embassy nearest the worksite for verification and attestation formalities.
